The service was excellent. Before ordering the battery I rang to check that "Next day delivery" would be viable as the weather was so bad, (6/1/2010). I was assured that the battery would arrive on time. I ordered on line and it did arrive on time. The on line ordering was good, especially as it gave a picture of the terminal shape as this can vary. I fitted the battery (gloves provided) and started the car immediately. The price was good too, great service.

The web-site was clear, informative, and very easy to navigate. Whilst I was a bit surprised that my transaction was accepted for a battery that was out of stock, I received an e-mail on the afternoon of the delivery date telling me so and the offer of a cheaper alternative and a partial refund. This I agreed to by e-mail, which was swiftly acknowledged, and the battery was on my doorstep by 8.30 the following day, despite the appalling weather conditions. Impressive! To get a heavy-duty battery for a 2 litre diesel for £60 with free over-night delivery strikes me as incredible value. I'm well pleased and will recommend to others.
