The only thing i would say that is negative is that I was reasonably confident that i had to remove the plastic plugs at either end of the battery but because the instruction was written in french, I had to call you to confirm. Worth including on a note in English?

Just one idea. A 50p mini grease bag at your checkout would be neat. People like me don't keep a tub of grease.
